Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans, ends snapped off.
- 1 large clove of garlic, minced.
- 1 tablespoon butter.
Spice Mix
- ΒΌ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
Steps
- Bring a saucepan of salted water to a boil and cook the beans for 4β5 minutes.
- Drain the water, then add butter and toss well.
- Sprinkle in the chili flakes, taste, and adjust salt as needed.
- Garnish with minced garlic.
Serving
