down the best crepe variant there is.
Preheat oven to 425 °F
Ingredients
- 42 grams of butter
- 4 eggs (room temperature)
- ⅓ cup of flour
- ⅔ cup of milk
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Steps
- Melt the butter in a 12” cast iron skillet
- Blend all ingredients into a smooth mix
- Pour the mix into melted butter
- Bake in the middle rack for 20-25 min (until puffed and golden)
Serving
Serve with apricot jam.
