A special treat for weekend breakfasts, this recipe was one of the first to be written down, because it’s hands down the best crepe variant there is.

Preheat oven to 425 °F

Steps

  1. Melt the butter in a 12” cast iron skillet
  2. Blend all ingredients into a smooth mix
  3. Pour the mix into melted butter
  4. Bake in the middle rack for 20-25 min (until puffed and golden)

Serving

Serve with apricot jam.
