Work backwards and find the triggers to reach mastery by Waitzkin (2007). When do you feel closest to serene focus, create a 4-5 step routine to reach it. The sequence of a routine:

  1. 7-min HIIT
  2. 10-min meditation
  3. Listening Nothing Happens Here by Julian Lage
  4. Free flowing writing

At that point I should be closest to serene focus. Practice this a few months to fully internalize it. And do the routine before an important meetings or events where focus is paramount.
