- Push up towards the ceiling with back of your head
- Pull your chin in
- Press your diaphragm down towards lower abdomen
- Hands to form the cosmic mudra
- Not be tilted sideways, backwards or forwards
- Sit straight up as if youโre supporting the sky with your head
