Relax shoulders
Push up towards the ceiling with back of your head
Pull your chin in
Press your diaphragm down towards lower abdomen
Hands to form the cosmic mudra
Not be tilted sideways, backwards or forwards
Sit straight up as if you’re supporting the sky with your head
